What a lifesaver … literally! Folks … be aware … there’s no other gas stations between Delta Junction and Glennallen. We found this place as we were running on empty!
It’s got rooms to rent … a funky diner and gas that – while we were thankful for – took forever to fill our tank! In the meantime, we had a very pleasant chat with ‘Mo’ … whose family just purchased the place. Very nice, interesting and helpful. While we were waiting for our gas we went inside and had a coffee and home-made muffin which were both very good! They have a small ‘museum’ of sorts next to the diner with all sorts of Alaska memorabilia. Very interesting!

Even if you don’t need gas I suggest you stop in and have a coffee, muffin or food of some sort! Well worth the stop!
