Nachos are incredibly easy to make and the toppings to choose from can be endless. This is simply our version – and we do change it on occassion depending on what we have in the fridge and what strikes our fancy at the time!
Nachos
All amounts are changeable depending on how many you’re serving (or how hungry you are!)
Tortilla chips
Chopped cherry or grape tomatoes
Chopped Kalamata Olives
Chopped green onions
Chopped pepperoni sticks (2 – 3)
Chopped jalapenos (we have also used jarred pickled jalapenos which is awesome!)
A ton of shredded Moneterey Jack cheese.
Place tortilla chips on a baking sheet of some sort. Pile on the toppings, then sprinkle liberally with cheese. We bake it in the convection oven for about 5 – 6 minutes on 425F. If doing in the oven, set on broil and keep a close eye as they don’t take long! And you don’t want to burn something that tasty!
Serve with guacamole, sour cream and salsa! YUM!
