This is an amazing appetizer and comes together so quickly. I’ve also used it to put over pasta … simply add some grated Parmesan and you’ve got a quick meal!
CHILI GARLIC PRAWNS
- 20 Large prawns – tails on
- 3 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Tbsp Lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp (more if you like it HOT) crushed chili flakes
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 large, minced garlic cloves (Hey … add more if you’re like us and love garlic!)
- Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl. Add prawns and toss. Cover and marinade about 30 minutes.
- In a large skillet, add the prawns and marinade. Cook approximately 90 seconds (!) or till cooked through. (It really doesn’t take long!)
- Set on serving plate, sprinkle with chopped parsley (if desired) and garnish with lemon slices!
**Be sure to use some good, crusty bread to soak up the sauce … it’s heavenly!**
