This is an amazing appetizer and comes together so quickly.  I’ve also used it to put over pasta … simply add some grated Parmesan and you’ve got a quick meal!

CHILI GARLIC PRAWNS

  • 20 Large prawns – tails on
  • 3 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp (more if you like it HOT) crushed chili flakes
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 large, minced garlic cloves (Hey … add more if you’re like us and love garlic!)
  1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl.  Add prawns and toss.  Cover and marinade about 30 minutes.
  2. In a large skillet, add the prawns and marinade.  Cook approximately 90 seconds (!) or till cooked through.  (It really doesn’t take long!)
  3. Set on serving plate, sprinkle with chopped parsley (if desired) and garnish with lemon slices!

**Be sure to use some good, crusty bread to soak up the sauce … it’s heavenly!**
